Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines is a unique hybrid of the role-playing and shooter

genres in which you are a new vampire trying to make your way on the streets of Los Angeles, forming allegiances, betraying friends, and forging your own path. The game is available on CD-ROM and even includes an online feature for team gaming.

At Amazon, reviews were mixed. Two in three reviewers recommend Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines highly for its original storyline, creative gameplay, and ahead of the curve graphics. However, most everyone who reported an experience with the game noted that at the time of its release, it was incomplete, and some glitches interfered with their ability to complete certain quests.

Some updates and patches have been made available since it's first release in an effort to complete the game and iron out many of the bugs.

In spite of the disadvantages that this game has, many gamers are still having fun while playing this game since especially those who love action, role-playing, or vampires.

Based on the Amazon reviewers, they say that the game has a tendency to acquire bugs/virus, though they also emphasized on the engine it uses (Half Life 2 engine) and the enchanting graphical quality.

Players have the privilege to choose from seven various classes of vampire and let you play on a realistic world rather than on the traditional fantasy setting - so what will you choose, the traditional one or the updated one?

The sound quality is exceptional as well as the storyline, extreme replay value and challenging level - these are the words that you will hear in every players who enjoy playing it.

This game also contains violence and adult themes so if you are anti-violence it is not recommended for you as well as for children, but with for teenagers, you will surely enjoy playing it.
