Losing weight is easy, losing weight without putting it straight back on again is frankly, a little bit tougher but by no means impossible. All you need to do is use up more calories than you consume right? Heard that before? Of course you have and you know why you've heard it before? Because it's fact, plain and simply. If you eat more then you burn you'll turn into a tub of lard, look less attractive, feel less attractive and generally be a whole lot unhappier about yourself. It might be a little harsh but if it wasn't true you wouldn't be reading this.

There are only three steps you need to take to lose weight, you will lose it quickly and by that I'm talking within a two months and you will keep it off. You must:

1. Change your eating habits. Cut out the pies fatty;

2. Exercise hard and I mean hard. So hard that you can't stand up straight at the end of a session;

3. Work with natural weight loss supplements.

Now you can achieve your goals by using only the first two steps but you know what's involved in that route because no doubt you've been down that path before. You have most likely pounded for hours on the treadmill, or the roads around your house, maybe even hired an expensive personal trainer. You've probably also cut down on you intake of fatty foods, you might even have cut down on drinking if not completely. 6 months later, you probably look just the same or maybe you've lost one dress/trouser size, or maybe two, but nowhere near the amount you were planning on. Well, that's because you haven't taking it seriously enough I'm afraid and without step 3 you're going to be fighting a much tougher battle.

There are plenty of natural weight loss supplements available, they are extremely cheap, completely safe and most importantly combined with steps 1 and 2 of my plan, you will lose weight, quickly and keep it off.

Now, I like to finish off all my articles with a new exercise that I have done that day. Today I have a nightmarishly gruesome 30 minute treadmill gut and fat buster for you.

Start the treadmill on a slow speed, about 4.5 miles/hour and a level incline setting. Every minute increase the incline by 1 degree. Don't touch the speed, I know it will feel about as exertive as walking the dog along a country lane but stick with it. I guarantee that by minute 10 when the incline is high you won't feel like that anymore. Keep going, by minute 12 your lungs will be screaming and you're not even half way there yet. Keep your head up now, fitness is all in the mind, look up, take the pained expression off your face and you'll feel stronger as well as look fitter to the other members of the gym.

Keep raising the incline until you are on the top setting, a 15 degree incline. Finish the minute on this setting if you can and then reset the incline to 2 degrees. Now you can walk for 2 minutes. Still feel like you're taking that country stroll?

Now guess what....repeat again, this time you'll be starting on level 2 but go all the way up to incline 15 again, don't touch the speed and that's your half an hour done. Remember, work hard in the gym, eat well and take supplements and you'll be fighting off the opposite sex in only 2 months, I guarantee it.
