All humans need some fats in their diet to have their metabolism function properly. Just remember to concentrate on the good fats, not the bad ones!

Everyday it seems we read about the new diet that the latest Hollywood actor has done in order to lose weight. People must realize this is usually done for publicity, so don't be surprised if they have a new movie coming out!
What people need to do is change their lifestyle through healthy eating and regular exercise to not only lose the weight, but to keep it off.
Wanting to lose weight is not only physical, but very much driven by emotion. Remember, weight loss isn't easy, its can be incredibly frustrating and a very slow process. So remember to tell yourself everyday that you are worth the effort and keep your end goal in mind. This should provide you with enough motivation.
What has weight loss done for me? It has given me my life back! Only 9 months ago I was 15kg overweight and I found myself suddenly not able to do the sporting activities I would normally do. Growing sick and tired of this I made a decision. This decision wasn't to go onto a diet, but to change my lifestyle in such as way that I could sustain it, whilst still enjoying the finer things in life.
The outcome was astounding; simply by sticking to a well thought out plan I was able to change my lifestyle and my life at the same time. Now I'm 15kg lighter and have more than enough energy to do all the sporting activities in want, whilst still enjoying the "naughty" things in life.
Guess what my abs are no longer hiding, they are out for all to see
