Is there anyone else out there who is like me

, and have a slight weight problem, but you're not willing to admit it, or deal with it, or perhaps you just can't find a solution? If that's you, let me encourage you to start doing some research on the subject of weight loss.

I started searching online and recently found a lot of good tips from doctors stating that if you had more fiber in your diet, that would excrete more out of your system, and that you could lose body fat. Other M.D.'s said that if you simply exercised 15 minutes a day, you could lose weight as well.

I've tried some over the counter and natural weight loss vitamins, and they seem to work for awhile, but then after some time, my body gets used to them, and the weight stops coming off. Anyone else out there that can relate?

It is also useful to skip past the first page deeper into the search results past all the paid listings to the ones who really care about your weight loss, versus all the paid programs.

If you want to lose weight fast, you need to dedicate yourself to doing so, but if you continue to research and study weight loss, you will lose weight over time, because you will learn what works for everyone! So, in 2010 make yourself a promise you will go online daily to find out what's working for others, and put to work the things that you most enjoy doing, and see if you can get yourself down to the weight you so desire in the coming new year!
