No amount of low carb, low fat, or any other crash dieting will help you lose weight permanently. They are just products trying to get you to spend your money on something that doesn't even work.

The only real way to permanently get rid of the weight is to make small, seemingly insignificant changes to your life that will add up over time. Losing weight is not a sprint, it's a marathon. And if you want to stay slim your whole life you're going to have to run that marathon the rest of your life. But don't get discouraged, it's easy!

Start introducing small changes to your diet and exercise plan. If you don't have one, that's a good place to start. Figure out what you can do to eat a little healthier and exercise a little bit more. What you shouldn't do is dive into a plan that someone gives you and try to be perfect with it from here on out.
