High calorie food like salty chips, chocolate and potato chips should be replace with vegetables, fruits and nuts. You will soon notice difference on your pants and you will also feel better. You will also consume a lot of vitamins and minerals which will result with you being healthy.

People do not like to exercise alone. So it may be wise to invite your friends to join you at exercise. There are organized group training exercises with music and dancing.
