Furthermore, in case of bulk purchases, the bulk should correspond with the sample in terms of quality and be free from any defects.

In case the goods need to be repaired or replaced, the contract for the sale of goods allows the buyer to require that the seller repair or replaces the goods and the seller must repair or replace the goods within reasonable time as well as bear any necessary costs in so doing. If the clause that is applicable to repair and replacement of goods is valid, then the buyer may also want to get a reduction in price or rescind the contract altogether. In such a case, the seller must reduce the price or rescind the contract and a reasonable amount of time should be given to the seller to perform such acts.

When the Court is approached to settle any dispute, it may pass orders to give effect to the request made by the purchaser. If there is some non-conformity in the goods as described under the contract for the sale of goods it will result in a breach of contract.
