Most of the Langocity reviews have been revolving around some issues, which we would discuss briefly in this article. Langocity team has introduced several processes to eliminate the issues and upgraded existing infrastructure to enhance user's conveniences. Langocity has introduced highly effective language acquisition tools developed by United State Foreign Service, which instruct people in the easiest way. With most of the Langocity courses, you will get some large audio files with several hundred hours of instruction, which are really helpful to memorize new vocabulary. We have good reputation all over the world but recently we have found some negative Langocity feedbacks over the internet, which we would address in this page.
1. Problem with downloading the Langocity course files:
The most common issue of low rate Langocity reviews is the Problem with downloading the Langocity course files and instructions. In the past, we provided all the Langocity course files in .zip file format. There was not a single problem in our course files; the problem was with our .zip file format. Some Langocity clients failed to open the course files and instructions from .zip folder and complaint that all the Langocity course files are corrupted. To eliminate this problem, we have purchased new download manager, which in turn downloads all course files automatically right to the customer's desktop. Now, we hope there is not a single problem with downloading Langocity course files.
2. Double billing issue:
In response to this issue we would like to inform everyone that we have a policy to refund all of the double billing instantly. Some of our clients gave us negative feedback saying that they have been charged twice for the same order. In response to this issue we have made significant changes in our checkout process. Now it is impossible to charge twice for the same order.
3. Customer service issue:
Some Langocity customers gave us negative reviews with the complaints that our customer service is really bad, we never reply client's inquiries, etc. There are main two reasons of such comments. The first reason is that our responses always end up in client's spam box, which most of the users never check. Another reason was insufficient representative. In earlier period we had insufficient agents to reply customer's inquiries. To eliminate this issue we have upgraded our customer service infrastructure and doubled the total number of clients to respond each customer's inquiries immediately. Langocity has a policy to reply all the customer's inquiries immediately.
Now we can say that Langocity courses are the best way to learn a foreign language rapidly. We have honestly riverweed all of the issues for which people gave us low rate reviews and have taken immediate steps to satisfy our clients, because a happy customer is our main priority.
