If you are seen to be overweight, you may have had other people tell you that you need to lose weight. You may have heard about all the health problems that are caused by being overweight, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart diseases. Knowing this should force you to lose weight right? It was because he was seen as being too fat to do any of these, and when he realised this it finally hit home. He had let himself get so overweight that it had become a hindrance in his life. This moment was when he made the decision to lose weight!
I have always been involved in fitness, so Luke came to me for some advice. A year later, after following a consistent diet and exercise program, Luke had not only lost a few pounds, but he actually felt better and had a lot more energy. Not only that but he can now sleep properly, and I guarantee that he has dramatically reduced his chances of falling victim to any of the health problems we mentioned.
Luke is like a different person now, he is enthusiastic and full of energy! He chose the right time to decide to lose weight and this enabled him to succeed.
