Infiniti G35 Review
The Infiniti G35 has been recently replaced by the G37 series
, though 2007 was the last time the model was in production. It is absolutely a relevant model for car shoppers, who have a lot to consider with the award-winning coupe and sedan.
The used Infiniti G35 is therefore a top consideration for those in the used car market. Take a look at the Leggat Auto Group for new and used cars if you are in the market for a car purchase.
Basics
The Infiniti G35 model lasted for two generations in regard to the sedan (the second is basically the current G37 sedan), while the coupe lasted for one generation before being replaced by the G37 coupe, which is fully redesigned.
The 2007 G35 sedan is the most recent year for the body style, which was redesigned for that model year. This model brought a number of positive changes in regards to the quality of materials, a more powerful V6 engine, better handling, and several other items worth mentioning (body structure, chassis tuning, etc.). There are five trims for the sedan available.
Used Infiniti G35 shoppers will note that the model was introduced in 2003. The sedan lasted until 2006 and the coupe until 2007. Generally speaking, the origination general G35 sedan was a well-priced alternative to premium cars (such as the BMW 3 Series). The couple could be compared to the Nissan 350Z, though its interior materials and room left something to be desired.
Benefits
Unless you want to move to the G37, you will by definition be looking at a used Infiniti if youre shopping the G35 model line. The most-recent G35 sedan of course implemented a number of changes previously mentioned, which makes the G35 a worthy used car choice for shoppers in this market.
The G35 coupe will knock some money off of the used car price tag of the sedan. Again available in one generation (the redesigned G35 is currently the G37 coupe), the G35 coupe is a great used car choice for its sporty features, such as featured 18-inch wheels and tries, aggressive tuning for the electronic stability system, sport seats.
The sedans 6MT trim (with the six-speed manual transmission) is not recommended due to its inability to drive smoothly. For the coupe, be wary of the four-wheel active steering system, an option available only on the Sport trims.
Overall
The used Infiniti G35 models both in sedan and coupe present a couple of lower-priced alternatives in the car market. Whether you like the all-around benefits of the sedan, which include a number of nice features and improvements (referring to the most-recent 2007 sedan), or the sporty coupe, the G35 remains a top choice.
While the G35 no longer exists in name but in the new Infiniti G37 line the used Infiniti G35 has much to offer.
