Whatever reward you choose, it is important that you choose a reward that majority of your employees will enjoy.
Sometimes the employees do not even want material reward. People sometimes just want to be told that they are doing a great job. Keep in mind that if you are sincere about your appreciation, there is no reason not to let them know. Believe me, they will appreciate it.
