Motivational quotes. Okay, so I want to get too phony on you but inspirational quotes are a great way to stay motivated. That simple quote will definitely make you think about your current situation. Do you consistently eat fast food? Do you have unhealthy habits? Quotes such as these will keep you on the right track. There are tons of great quotes online that can keep you motivated. Make it a habit to write your favorites down. Every morning, before you start your day, read some of these quotes. It will be a nice dose of motivation right in the morning to jumpstart your day.

Make an image board. This is a great one. Cut out a picture of the body you want and put it on a board. Hang the board where you can see it as soon as you can wake up. Envision yourself with this body. Think about this image throughout the day. The more you think about yourself with this body, the more motivated you will be to get it. When it's in your face, you will have no choice but to confront it everyday. Make it happen.
