, is it no wonder that there are many people searching for the quickest way to lose weight?
But maybe you should ask yourself these questions--
-Is there such a solution as the quickest way to lose weight?
-How quickly do you realistically want to lose weight?

-And how long will it last?
Once in a while new clients ask me to explain something like this, and I usually answer with a yes. The funny thing is that when I explain some of the details to accomplish losing weight quickly in a matter of 10 to 14 days then the eager client begins to lose interest because it is hard to do.
There is actually a rapid weight loss program which is relatively safe and effective. And I am not talking about losing water weight only, but also a good percentage of body fat and less of muscle tissue. The problem is it is hard to do, and it requires discipline, control, and hard work for up to two weeks. And there are only a few individuals who are willing to do that.

- Going south 30% to 40% below your maintenance caloric intake
- Depending how tolerant your body is to carbohydrates they should be consumed the least
- Fat and protein should be the primary fuel for your body for the next 10 to 14 days
- Performing Aerobic and weight training on certain days and semi-anaerobic training on the other days
- Performing physical activities 7 days a week until the end of the prescribed period
As you can see this type of plan will need a strong will, the utmost determination, and an iron-will discipline until the last day. But the results that you will end up with will most likely make you a happy and stronger woman.
