First, you need to increase the amount of meals you eat above 3 per day. And next, you need to be sure that you ensure that the composition and timing of those meals is carefully-crafted according to their "calorie shifting" method, which is designed to trick your body into burning more fat.
This all sounds good and true at first glance. But a closer look at the program itself reveal no author. And there are no credentials and it seems as if there is no person at all behind this product.
Additionally, the company behind Fat Loss 4 Idiots has received a low rating from the Better Business Bureau as a result of poor customer service. And furthermore, the site makes numerous claims that either aren't true or are simply unverifiable. One of these claims is that their testing lead to the so called "Calorie Shifting" method, but this method seems to have existed before the product was made, and it makes no staements as to how they came to discover this method.
Overall, it's hard to sell the claims made by this program. Not because they don't appear to be true, but because there is just so little research to back it up. But if you want to try something new, different and what could be a very good method, this is a good place to start.
