1. Your stomach is about the size of your fist, so don't eat more food that equals the size of twice of your fists. If you dilate your stomach unnecessary than you want more and more food, that can seriously mess up your diet.

2. Always eat slow and chew your food orderly, because you will feel yourself sated after fifteen minutes of eating. If you swallowed a piece of food, than stop for a few second before swallowing the next piece, so you can waste a little time this way.

3. Don't eat one or two times a day, try to have at least five meals a day. Of course always eat a small portion of food, so you'll always feel yourself sated. If you eat a huge amount of food in one meal, than you will be hungry after a few hours, and you can dilate you stomach as we explained earlier.

4. Try to sleep minimum seven hours a day. If you always sleep less than that, than your body will need something to refill your energy, and you can only do that by eating....
