Driving Fear by Rich Presta Review - Never Be Scared of Driving Again!
Are you having panic attacks or suffering from dizziness while you are driving? I'll be providing a short review of the Driving Fear program by Rich Presta which promises to get rid of the fear of driving.
I'll share first my story. I've always had a fear of driving. I don't know where it came from, but whenever I am behind the wheel, it's almost a sure bet that I would be having panic attacks and severe nausea. It was so embarrassing that I always had to request a friend or co-worker to accompany me when I drive.
I tried a lot of ways to cure me of this problem to no avail. I bought a ton of books and even had therapy which cost a lot of money only to find myself back to square one. I searched the net something that could help me and I found a lot. But all of them cost thousands of dollars and I don't want to waste my money on something that I know has a little chance of helping me.
Then I found Driving Fear which had a very attractive price tag so I decided to try it out. I did some of the exercises found on the book thinking that this wouldn't work. The next time I drove, I was surprised to find myself a little relaxed. Of course I was still scared but that little improvement was something I was happy with. I decided to read the book and apply everything it says.
I am happy to announce that my fear of driving has now been completely eliminated. I am just now experiencing the wonderful feeling of driving a car and it is such a good experience.
All I can say is that this program deserves my very deep appreciation. Without it I still would be a mess every time I am driving.
