Eliminating each one of these foods from your migraine diet might seem like a stretch. But just being aware of what triggers you migraines is important, so if nothing else you can work on limiting how much you consume regularly.

How much you weigh can also be a factor when it comes to migraine headaches. The reason being is because those who are overweight are more likely to have hormonal imbalances that lead to the onset of migraines.

Adding in regular exercise with a migraine diet is important for your overall health and being able to fight against migraines. How often you eat can also lead to migraines. Eating regularly and not skipping or waiting too long between meals will be helpful to you.
