Have you ever tried dieting to lose weight. It is an extremely hard thing to do for me. But it can be done. How do I know? Because I have a friend that it does work for. Then what? Before every meal she'll drink a glass or two of water. What's that going to do? It will help her to fill herself up a little so she doesn't need a big meal in the morning to do that. Then she'll fix herself a bowl of cereal. She always measures one serving and that's what she eats. By doing that she'll know how many calories she's taking in. Did I say dieting to lose weight is easy. I don't think so. But you can do it. She also has a small glass of orange juice. Gotta have that Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps your body turn food into energy.
She keeps herself busy, too. When she comes across some time in her schedule where she is not active she'll think of something that needs to be done. If you're an adult and alive you know there is always something that needs to be taken care of , especially if you're an adult with kids.
In the middle of the morning she'll have a healthy snack; some grapes, a granola bar, some yogurt, nuts or something else that is light. Use your imagination.
For lunch she'll have another glass of water beforehand, again to fill her up. Then a little turkey and some fruit. If you have a sweet tooth fruit is the perfect substitute for candy.
