In my 19 years of experience as a therapist and health coach, I've found that women who haven't been able to lose weight tend to have feelings of being worthless or defective with every passing day. Even if they try to appear confident and carefree on the outside, they usually hide a deep-seated feeling of isolation even if they are married.

Just as there is a pattern in some people that causes them to always attract the wrong kind of men; a pattern to over consuming alcohol, a pattern to finding the wrong jobs, a pattern of finding the wrong friends; so too is there a pattern that causes women to be unsuccessful at losing weight and living an enchanted life.

This pattern, which runs on auto-pilot, usually beneath the radar of your awareness, makes you unconsciously sabotage your deepest desires to lose weight and live an enchanted life. The good news is that once you identify your ineffective pattern and replace it with an effective one, there is a very high probability that you will instantly and easily lose weight. A client of mine (whom I'll call Annie) was 48 years old when she came to seek my help. She wanted to lose weight but no matter how many different diet programs she tried none seemed to work----and she was very frustrated!
