Silicone breast implants are already pre-filled, which means that there is no longer any need to be add some more. The setback of this, however, is that pre-filled implants require longer incisions, although still depending on the size of the implant set to be inserted. Some good examples are textured silicone and gummy bear silicone implants, which are firmer and necessitate a longer incision due to the shell texture.
And since this isnt natural breast enhancement, there are risks of surgery and anesthesia involved in the procedure of inserting silicone implants. Potential ones are bleeding, infection, malposition (hypersensitivity or hyposensitivity), changes in nipple sensation, anesthetic accidents, poor healing, and maybe a complication. These effects, though, are not isolated to breast implants and may also occur in other operations.
If getting silicone implants is simply not possible because of your budget, health condition, or simple personal choice, there is a wide array of supplements, gels, and creams to act as natural breast enhancer. You may consult your healthcare practitioner for further advice, or research very well to get closer to your goal of achieving fuller, bigger, and younger-looking breasts (read: no sagging). Safety, though, should always be a far higher consideration than any potential benefit from these products and procedures!
