, 2010. A parade in New Orleans and performances by Dave Matthews Band and Taylor Swift will celebrate the start of the 2010 season. The celebration continues in the Superdome leading up to Kickoff between the Saints and Vikings.
Drew Brees and The 2009 Superbowl Champion New Orleans Saints will open the 2010 NFL Season in the Louisianna Superdome against the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday September 9, 2010. The Game will be aired on NBC for all to see at 8:30 pm .
The events of the NFL this week are assisting in the excitement that will definitely fill the Superdome. Derrell Revis has resigned with the Jets as Coach Rex Ryan has made Revis' signing a big topic on the HBO show "Hard Knocks Training Camp with the New York Jets .
