They know how to listen. To most men, this might be a really hard thing to do. But for a "weak" one, this is such a pleasure. "Weak" men usually do anything and everything to please their ladies. This includes listening to an epic of her friend's stories. They are sensitive enough to know that listening will please their lady love.
They are well meaning. Most of these weak looking men are either geeks or nerds. It may be a bit awkward talking to them at first, but, they have sense. Most women think that smooth guys only want to get inside their pants. They usually don't have a clear intention. While weak men usually do what they say - like calling when they said they would.
They remember significant dates. It's a talent they have. You can think twice if they're really men or what. Remembering each and every occasion that transpires in their relationship, especially those that can really make their partners happy, is one hell of a gift. They are attentive to their woman's needs compared to those guys who believed that they have more options, so, they just take girls for granted.
Girls don't need to worry about "weak" men flirting since it's sure that they'd rather spend their free time in front of the computer doing some love blog about their partners than go out. It is a sure thing that a "weak" man will skip all the pretty girls in front of him once he peaks on the latest gaming console in the nearby electronic store.
They trust you. It doesn't matter who you are with. You can wear whatever you want without hesitation. They won't make a big deal if you gain weight or when you wear your favorite sleeping shirt at home, and he wouldn't mind if you burp so strongly after a scrumptious meal - which he made by the way.
He is intelligent and very well educated. You can talk with him about any topics. You can skip the constant story about a car that has a name. And their intelligence helps a lot, when it comes to creating surprises and wonderful date ideas.

They have less female friends. Therefore, competition is not in the dictionary. They are mostly surrounded with their own kind so, you don't have to worry about late night outs. It might be just a computer conversation or a Star Wars marathon with his friends.
They mostly wear glasses. I don't know why, but women kind of dig this look. Maybe because men in glasses look serious and mysterious and lastly, they read directions. They also know what they are talking about most of the time.
