Why a well-prepared plan for weight loss is important
If you would like to lose weight, you should know how important it is to exercise. In every health plan, exercise is an integral practice whether you are into gaining and losing weight. But this one's easily ignored by most people because they are too busy to do it or not just motivated enough to do some easy workout routines.
Working out is such a challenge especially if it's your first and doing it in a regular basis is even more challenging because there will come a point wherein you don't feel like doing some exercises.
Yes, it does usually happen and more often if you are not enjoying what you are doing. Most people prefer to do things that can be both productive and enjoyable and exercising is never an exemption to it.
As for me, who has given up going to the gym because the setting's not my cup of tea, I opted to convert my 2nd bedroom of my house into a "home gym."
Right, I know it sounds expensive but no, I cannot afford such a luxury especially if I have all the materials readily available and can be acquired in a much cheaper price. For me, it does not matter how high tech your equipment is, as long as you exercise and enjoys doing it.
Definitely! I'm enjoying my own "home gym", which only have an exercise ball, 2 adjustable weights, an exercise mat, and an old Spinning bike that I bought used from a local YMCA. Yes, there's nothing expensive in what I have but again, I enjoy using them while I perform the recommended exercises for my own weight loss program. There's nothing luxurious or expensive about it.
I had done this because in the past I have joined to gyms and told myself I will go and exercise there but like many other gym members, I have my own excuses not to go because I do not have the drive to go there anymore. Now, I found my happy place and it is in my own "home gym", so there's no need for gym membership anymore.
My exercise room's where I'm more comfortable to do workout routines and this is because I value privacy more that is why the "home gym" thing really works for me. It gives me time to be alone and do my own routines without thinking who's looking at me or who will need the equipment I've been using. Yes, I don't have to wait for others to finish their own sets or see some weird-looking gym freaks.
So, this might be one of the reasons why people are not exercising. Maybe, most people are not going to the gym anymore because of its setting. For me, the environment counts and I guess it is safe to assume that there are others who give value to it.
Still, I do believe that to each his own. There are people who get easily motivated by seeing those hot physiques walking down in front of them but there are people like me who'd rather stay at a more comfortable place like their own home and be driven enough to workout without seeing other people. Again, it's what works best for you. As long as you enjoy what you are doing, how you do it, where you do it and when you do it, does not matter at all anymore.
You can try a lot of things and never stop the quest for healthy living. Not because you don't feel like doing it in a certain venue, you won't exercise anymore. Be motivated and driven enough to try different things and see what will really work best for you.
