(5) Do No Try Jealousy By trying this route, you are more likely to get hurt than you hurting them.
(6) Do Not Keep In Touch Right Away No messages about love whether by e-mail or text messaging. Also do not call them right off.
By following these rules, if you really want to get someone back, not going to extremes is the best way to deal with a break up. Do some soul searching of yourself and give some space to your ex. Your goal is win them back, not push them away!
