What Is Your Program For Diet?
With all of the hype out there on the market it is a valid question to ask. What is your Program For Diet? Are you doing the latest rice diet? Maybe the Hollywood drink diet? How about the sprays and powders that you put on your food to help you lose weight?
Or maybe you are one of the smart ones that have figured out that there is no real Program For Diet. There is no Fast Weight Losing Tips out there today that is going to work for magically losing all the unwanted weight that most women and even men have today. Do you even realize that as we age most of the extra weight that we carry will never come off! I am 50, and believe you me, when I say that I have tried every single quick weight loss tip and trick out there.
Do you know what one tip I have really gotten that I am hanging onto? It is that there is no tip. If you are looking for a program for diet, then how about changing your eating habits completely. Or how about your work out regime. Do you even have a workout regime? I have now incorporated walking for at least 30 minutes every day into my Program For Diet. I decided that I wanted to change the way my body looked and the way I felt. I don't even have to walk the 30 minutes all at once. On the days that I find I have a lot going on, I break it up into two 15 minute walks, or three 10 minute walks.
I also use my 5lb hand weights for a quick arm tightening. Just doing 10 reps every day with the hand weights will tighten up the triceps and biceps. It is easy to do, and only takes a few minutes out of your schedule. I find that if I do these exercises first thing in the morning then I can relax and focus on the rest of my day.
I have not given up on eating anything either, but I have decided to moderate what food I do take in. I take in far less breads and pastas, and I now eat more fruits and vegetables. I have healthy snacks instead of reaching for that candy bar that has been calling my name for 4 hours. I will eat a piece of celery or some carrot sticks instead. I love radishes for a quick snack as well. And yogurt is a great quick snack but please be careful and read the ingredients on the yogurt package. There are just as many bad brands as there are good ones.
