I know that it's no going to be easy, it's not like you can just blink your eyes and relieve yourself of your sadness over the break up. However, it's also not that hard to do, as long as you are trying your best to get through this.

When guys get dumped by a woman that they love, it's not that uncommon for them to feel like they just want to shut themselves off from the rest of the world. It's also not going to help you if you do want to win her back later on. You have to push yourself to get out and have some fun. Even if it is the last thing that you want to do right now.

2. You also want to make sure that you are not making her out to be better than she really was.

It's also pretty common for a guy to look back on his ex girlfriend and think of her as being totally perfect and you know that this is not really the way that it was when you were dating her. Even if you think she is really hot and you had a lot of fun being with your ex girlfriend, you know that she was not perfect and it is not going to do you any good to think back on her as if she was. All that will do is cause you to want her more and more.

3. You should talk to other people that have had to deal with a bad break up so that you can get some perspective on what to do.

You need to be able to identify with others that have been through your situation and you never know what you might learn from doing this. A lot of guys will try to avoid this because they don't want to talk about their feelings, but when you can get someone else's perspective, it can be invaluable. Especially when they have been through a break up and they know exactly what it is like to feel like they just want their ex back more than anything else.

You should realize that it's not going to be an easy path to get over her and that this is just the way that it is.
