You have to be able to take that chance and accept the fact that you may get turned down for a date and that it is okay and that it does not mean that the next woman is going to do the same thing.

Most men seem to think that they know how it works, but if they really did, then they would not have any problems in getting a girlfriend. When you do, what you need to focus on is learning what triggers female attraction and what can you do to make a woman want you. That way, when you do approach a woman, you will feel like you actually stand a chance to get a date with her.
