The last one is to eat small but frequently. I'm talking about 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 meals. But make sure that these are small portions because if not, it will just make you fatter and unhealthier. The reason this tip works wonders is that the smaller meals your body takes, the faster it digests it. And that faster the digestion, the faster the metabolism rate goes up. I know it's kind of hard to eat that many times a day, but if you are really determined, there is always a way. I recommend eating about every 3 to 4 hours as by that time, your previous meal has already been fully digested and your body is very ready to take another meal.
