It is hard to eat too much food when you are eating good foods. You can eat as much as you want of healthy foods, and not get fat. You won't overeat easily because your body will be satisified with what it has gotten. Hunger sets off negative responses in the brain, and you should avoid it. Eat at least 5 to 7 meals each day. Doing so will help you avoid negative emotion. Eating many small meals can also be one of the fastest ways to lose fat, as it will help you to maintain a faster metabolism.
You must believe deep down that you soon will lose weight. Visualize yourself as being skinny. When you exercise, imagine your body burning fat. Visualization is a helpful tool to help you picture where you are going. It is very hard to achieve a goal if you cannot picture where you are going, and you do not believe you can get there.
