The Natural Approach to Explosive Weight Loss

As I started selling more and more of Natural Approach to Explosive Weight Loss system a few years back one main question kept coming up.


It probably won't be surprising to you what that question was.

What I hope to accomplish in this article is to answer that question and put your minds at ease.

So what would happen when people purchased the system is after a day or two days they would email me and say - "What's going on Jason? Am I doing everything right? Why am I not getting results?"

And this was only after one or two days!!

Quite frankly, this told me one thing. Obviously, people want results and they want them very very quickly.

What you'll find is that there are two primary reasons why you may not be getting results. And I know that once I explain them to you a light bulb is going to go off in your mind and you are going to say - "aha... well that's it".

So let me explain the first reason...

The first reason why you may use the program for one or two days and not see results is because everyone's body is different. Ok. We're all different.

So everyone's body is going to respond a little differently to the five steps. To drinking that much water. To the food you are eating. We all respond a little different.

Now for some people. And particularly... people who are generally "healthier". They require less time to get the results because their body is already "primed".

But, people who have sort-of let it "slide" a little bit. Who have never attempted to lose weight or who haven't taken care of their body the way they know they should. Often times what happens is it takes their body a little longer to get into the fat burning mode that is created by the 5 steps.

Ok. So if you've been using the system for a day. For crying out loud it's only been a day. Or for two or three days... still, it has only been three days. You haven't been using the system that long yet. Everybody responds a little differently. Which is why if you watched the video I sent out immediately after you purchased... I said to give it 7 full days because most people who follow the 5 steps in the Natural Approach for a full week are losing weight and are quite satisfied.

Ok. Now let me jump into the second reason why you might not be getting results.

And this one here will probably cause you to be like - "well DAH... that makes sense".

Ok. So the second reason you may not be noticing results is because your scale will lie to you if you allow it to.

Here is what I mean. And a lot of people do this.

So you purchase the system and you are really excited and right away you go and weigh yourself. So let's say it is Monday. So Monday morning you get the system and you run and weigh yourself right away then you start to use the system. Now let's say you come back and weigh yourself Monday evening.

Now, look at this. You weigh yourself in the morning and the evening on the SAME day!

Well your weight is not going to be the same. In fact, you'll probably be about two to five pounds heavier in the evening because you have been eating and drinking water throughout the whole day!

So that's something that a lot of times people just don't realize and they will go and weigh themselves and get all frustrated. But really they are losing weight, it is just that they are not weighing themselves correctly.

Ok. So if you weigh yourself Monday morning and then let's say you turn around and weigh yourself Monday evening... or let's say you turn around and come back and weigh yourself Tuesday... like during the afternoon or evening... and you say - "Hey, what's going on here I'm no losing any weight?" Well that more than likely is one of the main reasons why.

You have to be consistent with when you weigh yourself.

Ok. So here's what I've recommended to all of my clients... and quite frankly, it has put a lot of minds at ease.

You do NOT want to weigh yourself every day. Alright.

This can make you go insane and nuts.

What you want to do and what I recommend you do is weigh yourself every three days.

So here's what I want you to do. Let's say you've already weighed yourself on Monday morning. So now wait until Thursday morning and weigh yourself at the same time in the morning... BEFORE you eat anything. Alright. Then you'll wait three more days (so that would be Sunday) and then you'll weigh yourself again at the same time in the morning on an empty stomach.

By doing this you're ensuring that you are getting a pretty accurate measurement... but also, you are giving yourself a three day span so you can notice the weight loss. Because chances are you are losing weight each day... it's just sometimes it can be so small the scale isn't going to register it. But if you wait three days, that's when you see the two and three pounds show up on the scale!

Ok. So those are the two primary reason why you may have used The Natural Approach to Explosive weight loss system for one or two or three days and why you say "well what's going on, I'm not seeing any results." These are typical - alright...

1. Everyone has a body that reacts differently.

2. More than likely your scale is probably lying to you.

Ok. SO like I said... you need to give it that full 7 days, as I hinted at in the video you get just after ordering the system. Give it that full 7 days of consistently using the 5 steps and if the weight still isn't coming off, then contact us and we're going to get the ball rolling for you.

But more likely than not...
