Another easy solution would be for you to start running with your family pet. A dog can be a great way to help you take the pressure off of yourself. A lot of people develop the mindset that they have to run for a certain distance or go a certain pace each time they workout. This does not have to be the case. A dog is a great way for you to take that pressure off of yourself. You will likely arrive home from work and see that your dog is ready for it's daily run. This enthusiasm will probably help you to stay motivated too.

If you can change a few minor things that might be keeping you from running on a more regular basis, you will probably find yourself progressing towards your goal at a much higher rate. These changes can be done very easily and can help you develop a more consistent workout routine.
