The Diet Solution Program Review - 4 Things I Like and 1 I Don't
This is supposed to help you lose weight and improve your long term health. The program was written by Isabel De Los Rios, a certified nutritionist, and has become a leading weight loss manual over the past few years online.
The first time I read this program was over a year ago and I learned a lot from it. During my reading, I discovered a lot of things I like about the program and how Isabel De Los Rios teaches correct eating habits, but there was also something I didn't like. In this article, I want to talk about both the good and the bad things I feel about the Diet Solution Program.
Things I like
1. You learn new facts about food - I'm specifically referring to some of the things that I learned from this program about foods which I thought were healthy but turned out to be nothing of the sort. This is the real essence of the program: helping you see through the marketing claims regarding certain foods and learning what is really healthy and what is secretly making you fat.
2. Not just weight loss -There's no doubt that this program caters to people who want to lose weight. But this isn't all it does. The Diet Solution Program teaches healthy eating habits whose effect goes beyond losing this or that amount of pounds. Your health depends on the quality of food that you eat. We all know that. This program teaches correct eating not just to lose weight but to feel better as well.
3. Personalized diet plan - The first thing you do while on the Diet Solution Program is to discover your metabolism type. Each of us has a slightly different metabolism and Isabel De Los Rios divides us into 3 types. Each type has foods that are good and some that are bad for it. By knowing your type you can create a personalized eating plan that's right for you. This is likely to work much better than a general eating plan.
4. For all ages - One more thing I like about this plan is that you can be 20 or 60, man or woman, fit or not, and still benefit from it. The eating guidelines apply to all ages so this program is useful for all adults.
What I don't Like
1. Not enough exercise information - As Isabel De Los Rios is a nutritionist and not a fitness expert, this program does not focus on exercise. This is a shame as exercise is an important part of the weight loss process.
Overall, this is an effective health and weight loss plan. If you're looking to learn how to eat better to get a healthier and better looking body, this program is a good choice.
