Must Do Free Candida Diet That You Need To Follow
More and more people are battling Candida or Yeast Infection or Yeast Intolerance
. It's not as rare as you think it is. Free candida diet has been especially created to ensure that the person suffering from Candidiasis would finally be free from this disorder.
Yeast intolerance usually happens when your body is producing the bacteria more than it can actually accommodate. When this happens, you would need to undergo a change in your diet to wipe out yeast rich food in your daily food supplement. Normally free candida diet should be followed for three to six weeks then that would only be the time that you can reintroduce small portions of yeast rich food back to your body, one food at a time only.
So what does your diet include? Listed below are the foods that you need to avoid or permanently erase from your staple food.
Yeast rich food and drinks should be avoided during the duration of the diet. Food abundant in yeast includes baked goodies like breads, pastries and cookies; Vinegar is also full of yeast so vinegar-rich food like mayonnaise, pickles and pickled food, mustard laden food, barbecue sauce. You would also need to say good bye to beer, wines and other alcoholic beverages. Fond of beer? Tough luck. Candidiasis thrives in beer so it is best not to reintroduce this to you body no matter how small the portion is.
Sugars- especially the artificial or manufactured sugar. Example of sugar rich food that you should avoid are food with confectioner's or brown sugar (that includes cakes and other pastries), hotcakes (they contain honey and maple syrup), and fruit juices. Certain fresh and preserved fruits rich in fructose corn syrup are to be avoided as well. So this includes dried or processed fruits like raisins dried or preserved mangoes, grapes, and citruses. Carbonated drinks like cola
Molds. What foods are prone to mold? This includes fresh and aged cheese, dried or smoked poultry and red meat, canned or processed tomatoes, peanuts and peanut based products, and mushroom.
What can you eat to ensure that you stay yeast free?
Your diet should consist of healthy food like fruits and vegetables. Bigger portions of fruits and especially dark green leafy vegetables like botchoy, cabbage, and broccoli should be included in your daily diet.
Protein rich food like eggs, turkey and beef should also be a staple in your diet.
Complex carbohydrates like pasta, whole grain oatmeal and grains like rice.
Soy milk and unprocessed nut milk should be drunk instead of soft drinks or alcoholic beverages like beer and wine.
Drink plenty of spring or mineral water. 8-10 glasses a day should do.
Self discipline is the key for a free-candida diet to be successful in ensuring that the person suffering from yeast intolerance will stay yeast free for the remainder of his life. Avoiding the food and drinks you love may be difficult at first but as your body adjusts to being yeast-free, you would also adjust from giving up your harmful indulgences.
