Mushroom Curry
Ingredients:
1cup Mushroom washed and chopped finely
1/4th tbsp mustard seeds
1/4th tbsp jeera
2 tbsp Olive oil
salt to taste
For the Grinding:
1 tbsp mint leaves &1 tbsp coriander leaves.
1 small tomato chopped &3 green chillies chopped
1 small onion chopped
Grind the above ingredients coarsely with a little water method
In a non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add mushrooms and saute till tender, set aside. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil; add mustard, jeera, whenit begins to splutter add the grinded paste to this. Simmer & cook stiring continuously. When the masala begins to leave oil then add the cooked mushroom & salt. Cover with a lid for a few minutes. Remove from heat. serve hot with any type of bread(Roti) or rice.
SOYA MUTTER MASALA
Ingredients:
Soya Granules 300gms
Onion 150gms
Tomato [chopped] 100gms
Ginger Paste 25gms
Garlic Paste 25gms
Coriander [Fresh Chopped] 2 tbspoon
Chilly Powder 5gms
Coriander Powder 5gms
Turmeric Powder 3gms
Chopped Green Chilly 10gms
Green Peas 300gms
Oil To Fry
Procedure:
Heat oil in a Handi.
Add chopped onion & cook till golden brown.
Add ginger & garlic paste, Chopped Chilles & the masala
Powder.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes & cook on slow fire till the masala is cooked.
Add Peas & Soya Granules & cook well.
Season & Sprinkle chopped coriander & Serve.
