The concept of a successful weight loss is simple consume less foods than you can

burn or you can opt for foods that have very low caloric contents to avoid gaining unwanted weight that may eventually lead to a chronic condition known as obesity.

The title does not mean that you have to cut down your food consumption to a low but it actually meant refraining from consuming some foods substances that are bad for the health and even cause weight gain.

In example, the trans fat which we normally read on products as "partially hydrogenated oils". It is a molecule of fat with an extra load of hydrogen. These are included in foods so as to lengthen its storage life on the market shelves. It is very common on margarines, vegetable shortenings, crackers, cookies, most snack and baked goods. Trans fat is responsible of increasing the number of bad cholesterol and lowering the good ones. This usually results in an increased rate of heart disease among men and women. It can also cause serious damage on the arteries found on the heart, brain and other major organs which can result in heart attack and stroke. Hence, in this light, individuals should lessen their consumption of foods with high presence of trans fat.

Another thing that we need to cut out from our diet are foods with refined carbohydrates. It includes white flour which we usually use for making breads, pastas and pastries. It is also found in white sugar that is used for making sodas. When we speak of refined it means that the natural vitamins and minerals are taken out and replaced with synthetic ones. Our body requires a daily source of vitamins and minerals in order to function optimally and well.

Avoid too much table salt. This also means that the natural vitamins and minerals of salt have been taken out and added iodine. Our body does not have the capability to digest artificial products hence it strains the digestive organs and even result in accumulation of these undigested substance which later on turns into toxins. Natural salt can help in regulating water in the body as well as normalize the pH levels on the cells.

As mentioned, our body does not recognize artificial or refined food substances. Even though our system tries to digest and absorb it, the capability is just not natural. This is the reason why we have a lot of toxins in the body that is visible through fatty layers particularly on the abdominal area. This is not only dangerous in the light of aesthetics but on the health as well. These fatty deposits are more likely induce inflammation on the area where it has accumulated and later on cause some chronic disorders such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and others.

Help your body achieve wellness by avoiding too much consumption or altogether avoiding foods that contain these hazardous elements. There are other food one can opt for such as fruits and vegetables that are naturally rich in vitamins and minerals that our body needs to enable maximum performance.
