Mesomorphs are categories of people in body building and they have their distinct features. This is a group of people who usually follow some strict diets and hold to some several food ratios and they all tend to be robust and ripped up. The group is therefore well suite to practice resistant training which is very demanding and requires a lot of concentration. They can also be good in high intensity trainings where many demands come along with the process. Strict diets help this category to achieve goals of slimming and loosing weight but may also be a challenge for one who wants to add weight.

Ectomorphs are another group of human beings. Their body is not usually plump in structure and therefore, this category in mainly meant for weight gainers. The people in this category are not suited properly to lift weights explosively or loose fats since they require more calories in the body to increase their size and muscle. These people should therefore be put in a fattening diet to help increase the body size. Their first program should therefore be encompassed of strength training so as to prepare for later workouts, which may involve weight lifting.

The last category is the Endomorphs. This category has people who are relatively balanced in everything. This is where the individuals can lift weights, do strength training, workout high intensity and any other element of body building. They have a perfect body which can be very well shaped incase they want to. Their diet does not demand much because they have good natural processes which eventually serve well to distribute enough nutrients.

Whatever your body type, know that you can do it in body building. It does not really mean that, these illustrations of what one can do are the perfect examples. In body building there is always a room for trial and improvement. What you need to do is to develop an understanding of your capabilities and merge them with what you would wish to do. These two key elements will help you build a program with the right diet, sets, repetitions, rests and any other element involved in body building.
