year 2002 , we visited india with my wife ,one sunny morning a old man came to my house
, unfortunatly i was out for the day ,he came next day with his unwell wife,my wife salma was giving them food while i was getting ready .
i went to see them in the living room ,old men and his wife saw me and got up in respect , i ask them to be seated , the oldman must been over 75 years ,he had tears in eyes he started his speech with tears
he sad ; his son is died when his grand doughter was two years old the mother of the child was merried again ,she moved out with her husband years ago , he has no dosh -no money his grand doughter is 20 years of age and she is getting married he need money badley,if he borrow money he will not be able to pay back and if he takes loan from private sector he will loose his home too, he was asking for help while he was taking i was watching his wife the old lady could not stop crying ,he was expecting approx 25 pounds from me, i sad to him dont worry about money , i will arrenge the complit marrege arregements and i will make sure that in your doughter wedding i will call 5000 people,ministers,community leaders,prist scolers, rich and poors in your grand doughters wedding , he could not belive it he sad are you taking a P(Big P) out of my sitution ,and he bust in tears my words made my wife cry too,she knew i am not joking
next day i called up meeting in my house , there was about 35 people in the meeting , i put praposal , i will pay for the cost for the wedding , i want to advertise in news papers and we will take names for those poor people who wish to get married , we fix a day, menu,venu,and planing begins, in no time we had 125 Indian Bride ragisterd with us , we decided to take 25 guest from Indian Bride and 25 from groom ,i will pay for food and rest will be collected amongs friends and family with in week the Big Wedding Day arrives with sunshine and joy, we collected the fund and we purched 45 home use iteams such as bed,chair,blankits,pillow,pots and pans total goods worth 150 pounds for each couples
the big day arrives not again sorry for repeting ,over 6500 people arrives in INDIAN wedding ,includs politicion,police,magistrarte ,doctors ,doctors,teachers,community leaders,you name it ,125 wedding was performed in the day, rice and daal Lantel with sweet rice was served ,
the day was long and joy every were ,i have witness this kind of first wedding in my life,every one was happy on the day ,i was standing with the rich guns some one came and sad ,some body want to see me , i look back it was that old man ,he did not say a ward ,he just hug me ,he was crying his eyes out , he could not say a ward even after fifteen minues of huging and kissing my hand, i sad to some one to take him and give him water and i sad to oldman just make pray for me and my family and every one who has contrubuted in this project.
since then we had six wedding events of its kind ,this was my first indian wedding planing without fees ,infact i was loosing then making ,but one good thing about it that i do not work for charity for every one ,we charge fat fees for my services under the banner of www.taibah.co.uk an india wedding specialist with tastyHALAL food ,venue deco services provider in london ,ithen then we use this fund for charity wedding events for poor ,we have significant experiance of arrenging wedding for other people this is my hobby i fulfill my hobby with other peoples expenses .........thank you for reading the 100%true story till end
