Cheat your way thin, it sounds like some sort of dieting trick

, in fact my initial thoughts were that it was some sort of scam. Having tried several diets over the past 2 years I have yet to find one that not works but a diet that I could actually stick and that made sense.

I have learned that you cannot realistically hope to achieve a healthy and sustained weight loss without doing some regular activity. I was also pleased to discover that the cheats were not actually some ridiculous claims, super food or supplement that you had to take. In fact they are not really cheats at all but practical advice and tips that will make your fat loss efforts more effective, basically better results from less effort.

Most of us have an idea of what a diet is, you give up the bad foods and eat healthy foods. In practice this tends to mean you give up the foods you like and replace them with foods that you don't like. If like me you initially lose weight because you can't face eating another salad and then give up after a few weeks because you are so hungry all the time then you will like this diet. It allows you to eat the food you like on your cheat days, the idea is that you stay motivated and your body doesn't go into starvation mode and prevent you from losing any more weight.

The idea is that with the right combination of diet and exercise you end up with a calorie deficient intake that means you consistently and gradually maintain a sustainable weight loss. You should always follow a balanced diet to make sure you get all the vitamins, minerals and calories that your body needs. Sensible and moderation are the key words when undertaking any weight loss. It is also sensible to see your doctor before starting a diet to make sure that you are not only healthy but have no underlying medical conditions.
