So how can you add ginger to your daily diet? It is actually very simple, and there are a number of ways to incorporate ginger.

My personal favorite is to grate some ginger and make ginger tea. You can add natural sweeteners like agave nectar or stevia. Plus you can also add other spices such as cinnamon or nutmeg.

You can add it in with your lemonade for some extra zing if you like. If you drink a lot of fresh vegetable juices you can add it in with them as well.

Freshly grated ginger root is also great in most types of salads; you can toss it with the salad, or sprinkle lightly as a garnish.

Ginger in stir-fries is also another favorite, and goes with just about any kind of vegetable.

Last but not least, ginger can also be taken in the form of a capsule as a daily supplement, but caution should be used when taking capsules so as to not overdose. Too much ginger may result in possible side-effects.
