Always use little oil and change your oil brand frequently. You can take your everyday meal according to the work you do. If your work involves more physical job, then you require more carbohydrates. If it is a job where you sit for hours together then you can take less carbohydrate, and can have more minerals and proteins. Avoiding rice items also helps in reducing weight. If you take potatoes more than you can reduce eating rice. Thus one can balance in food. Nowadays weight loss recipes are also available in the net, so that you can prepare your food according to your need. Preparing these foods does not require much time and it is also cheaper. Especially one should avoid eating junk food and fast food items. We have become addict in having foods outside. These also cause obesity since the oil and other ingredients used are not of good quality.

Taking fruits regularly also gives you good health. But those who are already obese should avoid taking bananas, mangoes, grapes etc, since this contains sweeter. One should also avoid taking sweet items as this is the most common factor for obesity.

Weight loss can also be achieved by doing yoga, exercise regularly. In case you are not able to go to gym the simple exercise is to walk at least for an hour. This walking helps you not only to reduce your weight, but also helps to control your diabetes, hyper tension etc.

Women especially are affected, since they play a dual role by working in the office and also doing household activities. Having stressed definitely increase weight and obesity certainly affects the normal life. People who are obese tend to lose their patience soon, and it creates unhealthy situation around them. By doing exercise and yoga one can reduce the stress to a great extent. If your stress is under control then there is no fear of becoming obese.
