How About Some Easy Dieting (part 1)?

Is there any science behind the claim that exercise can keep you thin

? "Tons!"

An exciting recent study: Researchers gave a day of purely psychological training to 53 people who repeatedly tried to lose weight. A control group received no instruction. The trained group lost significantly more weight, maintained weight loss more effectively over a four months period compared to the control group. Let me be very clear: These chronic dieters got far more successful at weight loss after learning to think differently.

Everyone asking for the science behind weight loss always seem indifferent by these dramatic findings. "Oh, man, that's complicated," they say.

It is highly recommended to mentally track the following points, all of which, I assure you, are science based:

1. The part of you that desires to be slim is the calculating part of your brain. Underneath it there is a more simple layer some people refer to as the dog brain, and underneath that, an even more simpler formation known as the reptile brain.

Your brain's simple layers could not care less about how your clothes fit. This part wants you well fed, period. Guess What ? It will always defeat the calculating part.

2. Your nervous structure has two basic components. When one is on, the other's off. The first is your sympathetic system; it activates all sorts of physical mechanisms that, among other issues, breaks off starvation. The second is your parasympathetic system. It comes into action when you feel safe from attack and deprivation.

3. When the calculating part takes control and restricts your food consumption, your brain simple layers assume you're experiencing some sort of catastrophe. It switches on, flooding your body with stress hormones, which, among other things, causes you to crave for food (and, by-the-way, store them as fat for the next catastrophe).

4. Repeated dieting convinces your simpler brain layers that it's locked in an endless "war". This results in your brain transferring constant fear and food obsessed .

This physiological routine means that consciously controlling your weight is, most likely, impossible. Saying that, if you work with your body's nature, not against it, it can be done

The above mentioned weight loss study is rather important and unique because it clearly indicates that breaking this crazy loop mentally is, by far, more efficient than dieting.

Learn how to relax it off, you will be amazed by the results, and, by-the-way, I have tried it myself and it works (lost 58 pounds during the past 3 months).
