You should not forget that all these advices, studies and practices may not be applicable to all, for individuals have varied genetic dispositions and metabolism rate. That's why at times, people comment on the effective results of a particular practice or regimen. Now you understand why. Another factor that may differ individually is the persons psyche and level of commitment to his or her goal. People tend to expect a lot and give less of themselves. Come on guys! It's a two way traffic! Do your part! Let's take for an example, the theory of calorie shifting diet. This particular theory talks about cutting down calorie levels through running. This is a very hard discipline, why do I say this? Making variations in your calorie level is accomplished by either reducing on your calorie intake or shedding of huge amounts of calories. Not all food chains, restaurants or products in the grocery stores indicates their calorie level, how would know then? Without consistency and precise monitoring, your body might get confused with the continuous fluctuating decrease and increase in your calorie level. If you're going to ask for a simple yet reliable advice, drink plenty of water; match it with cardio exercises such as brisk walking, jogging and or other sports/physical activities. NO diet guarantees dramatic results by just sticking to it alone. Follow the book to the dot and then you can claim if such programs are indeed helpful or effective. There should never be any expectations from any programs or books claiming a successful weight loss. It is really all up to you!
