If you think you have done your best then you are mistaken, you must do better than that.

4) Have a support group that will keep you motivated and push you to do more and lose weight some more. 5) Also, always remember that you are not doing this for the purpose of losing weight but also for your own health. So, you must be motivated enough to do better.

So, motivation in weight loss is something that every one of us who aspire to lose weight does.
