Here are three specific things that you can do while your baby is napping that will supercharge your day and help you feel and look as good as you want!

The Reverse Curl: A woman who has just given birth to a baby will need to do some real work to get her abs back in shape and reverse curls can really help with that. In this exercise you need to lie down on the floor, look up at the ceiling and keep your knees bent. Your feet need to be just above your hips, your arms need to be lying on the floor next to your trunk, your head rests on the floor, your neck is relaxed and, as you breathe in and out, you bring your abs in and lift your hips off of the floor to the same levels as your ribs. Lower your hips to the floor and then repeat the exercise. Try to do twenty repetitions. It's okay if you can't do 20 in the beginning, you can work up to that number. Then work toward fifty reps.

This exercise is great for your abs and will help you lose the pouch as well as helping you walk straight and with more confidence. Forearm plank breathing is another exercise you can use to lose pregnancy weight. Then, slowly lower yourself until your forearms are resting flat on the ground in front of you. Now that your forearms are on the floor straighten your legs so that the body will make a straight line. As you squeeze your abs, take a deep breath and slowly let it out. Next do a few pushups. Three repetitions of this exercise is all you need to shed those pounds. This will also strengthen your core, which will help your posture, and you'll look much better, too.

Walking: In 2007 a Harvard study proved that a half an hour of walking each day increases a woman's chances of losing her baby weight. The women who participated in the study lost 11 pounds and most women had lost the weight they wanted to lose by their baby's first birthday. Therefore, get outside and get some fresh air. The time of day that you choose to walk is not remotely important but if you want to take your baby with you (in the stroller or in a carrier) you need to be sure to walk when the weather will be hospitable for your baby.

Also, make sure you bring plenty of liquids with you. Do this every single day and you will drop your weight really quickly. These exercises, if done often enough, can reveal dramatic results in just a few short weeks. They can be done while your child is resting and you can even break them up throughout the day instead of doing them all at once. Of course, it is even easier to shed weight if you do them all at once at least three times a week (or any other 20-30 minute workout three times each week). Do these exercises as often as you can manage and keep doing them; you'll fit into your pre-pregnancy pants before you know it.
