This doesn't mean that we're worried about how long you've been dating your current significant other or how long you've been waiting to set a date for the wedding. That's an entirely different set of issues. Commitment issues in relation to weight loss can knock a dieter off kilter quicker than anything else.

Commitment issues affect fast weight loss diets and weight loss success by: 1. Decreasing the chances that dieters will be able to withstand temptation. Too many options are out there for there to be any lack of commitment. When a dieter isn't fully committed to their plan they see other plans and will often jump from one plan to another without ever completing the weight loss program; thereby missing their chance for maximum weight loss. 4. Dieters who aren't committed often don't even believe in their chances for weight loss success; lack of believe will lead dieters to fail. Everyone has issues; some more than others. The first step is to identify it. If you have an issue with commitment then you need to know it so you can balance out your lack of commitment issues with your fast weight loss diets and up your chances for success. Stop half-hearted dieting...and start getting the results you are looking for. Dieting is based on the need for commitment. Fast weight loss diets in particular are all or none in the commitment department. You're either going to follow the rules of the program or you're not going to follow the rules. If you follow the rules of a reputable program you will lose weight. If you don't follow the rules you won't lose weight. And if you're on a "diet" and not following the rules...you can expect to waste your time. But if you are, in fact, able to identify one of your issues as lack of commitment and take it to the next step by overcoming it then you can definitely move forward with fast weight loss diets (your choice, of course). Look for one that offers a bonafide weight loss strategy not just empty promises. check to make sure that it has a history of weight loss success. And once you've done your research and made your decision...jump in and really do it. Commitment is a good thing!
