A woman's basal body temperature (the lowest body temperature attained during rest) begins to elevate after ovulation, and stays elevated past when you should have had your period. This increase in basal body temperature, usually one-half to one degree Fahrenheit, is a subtle very early warning sign of pregnancy. To get this clue, you should have some idea what your normal (non-pregnancy) basal temperature is.
Feeling Less Energetic
If you are feeling tiredness and are not feeling that much energetic as you normally used to be then this may also be an early sign of pregnancy. In these kinds of circumstances most of the women make the mistake of linking this tiredness and lack of energetic feeling with the other things happening around them, while, in reality this is an early sign of pregnancy. There are several factors responsible for this tiredness. Some of them are change in the hormones, chemistry of the body and the activity that the body of any woman needs to do at the time of the conception. If you are experiencing this kind of fatigue then it is better to take more sleep.
3. No Menstrual Period. This is the one very early sign of pregnancy that most are familiar with and for good reason - it is the clearest signal. Be careful not to freak out if you do miss your period because there are other reasons besides being pregnant that can lead to missing your period. Some of the reason consists of: Stress, medications, etc...
4. Intense Cramping or Nausea. This is another one of those obvious very early signs of pregnancy but it is also one of the most misunderstood and confused signs. There are so many reasons why one can cramp up or become nauseous besides being pregnant. The rule of thumb here is that the more signs that you have the greater chance that you are actually pregnant.
5. Lack of Energy. This is one of those symptoms that seems to almost always accompany pregnancy. The key in properly assessing this sign is the level of energy loss as it is normally dramatic and noticeable.
6. Stiffening breasts: The breasts of the women would become more sensitive and the nipples can become sore. This is one of the early signs of pregnancy but may vary from one woman to another.
7. Urine pregnancy test: This is the surest way of proving that an early pregnancy has taken place. It is works through the change in the pH of the urine as a result of the pregnancy. This is therefore one of the earliest signs of pregnancy.
8. Reduced desire for sex: most women will complain of headaches and reduced desire for sex. Some women may even develop deep hatred for their spouse or sex partner. It does not mean that she is no longer interested in the relationship, instead, it actually brings to foe the fact that it is early signs of pregnancy.
9. Missed period: This will be observed at the end of the first month. It happens as a result of the fertilization and the need to supply the fetus with the food through the umbilical cord.
