Do you really need hard limits to lose weight or you can try to do it with a pleasure and to keep the new weight result? Here are seven reasons you shouldn't follow too hard diets and maybe it is a chance to reconsider your food habits.

Reason 1. Last researches of several European Institutes have been proved - the base of slim people nutrition is... carbohydrates! But people, who have extra pounds, neglect this component. Fact: in the ideal daily menu it is supposed to be 64 % of carbohydrates, which is 361 gram/day. It is 3-4 jacket potatoes with vegetables and some rice as a side dish. Of course, mostly low- carbohydrate diets purpose to eat only 30 % of daily ration of carbohydrate; and some of them are even worse, what is completely not fair and nonsense, because this is the way to get yo-yo effect after dieting.

Reason 2.

Deficit of nutritious products and thoughts to don't gain more pounds are bringing to depression and stress. There is a physical explanation: brain can't operate normally without carbohydrates, because, at first, it slows the intellectual faculties' work and, at second, puts you in a bad mood. Result: organism produces over "stress" hormones (for example, cortisol), which "bring up" the appetite and make you to run to a fridge; and the name of it "Diet stress".

Reason 3.

Ask any "professional dietician": "How to lose weight fast?" and the answer will be: "Don't eat bread or pastry, to substitute vegetables for pasta/sandwiches/rice, and what is better to eat apples only..." Yes, pastry and donuts are giving more inches, but, whole bread, for example, pasta and black/brown rice are doing absolutely opposite. Medical researchers showed that eating this kind of carbohydrates send impulses to the brain that organism is "full", speeds up metabolism, helping you to digest well and to don't gain fat. In this point there are some important products as young potato, bananas, oatmeal. What about apples...it's good as well, but there is fruit acid, which provokes release of stomach acid. So, remember: one apple is good before the lunch, but "apple diet" (or any fruit diet) - is a problem for your organism.

Reason 4.

Many carbohydrate products much more substantial than protein or fat ones, because the organism processes this food slowly. Due to that, you are not hungry for a long time. These aliments are: brown rice, potato, bananas, legumes, beans, whole meal. If you eat a meal based on these products (150-200 grams) you are not hungry and at the same time it reduces by 10 % the calorie that your body needs.

Reason 5.

A lot of diets are based on fasting days, when the daily menu is limited to the almost zero. One of it is to don't eat breakfast and dinner, taking the lunch only. This is completely wrong! The first morning meal "starts" the metabolism for the whole day. So, if you don't take breakfast organism "thinks" as it was a night time and it is still sleeping. But if you prepare a good breakfast (something like oatmeal with berries, scrambled eggs or cereals) the speed of metabolism processing will raise on 25 %, which means all future fat will be worked out.

Reason 6.

Very interesting fact: when dietary fiber or resistant starch are going through gastrointestinal tract organism produces special enzymes, which helps to burn fat, especially the belly fat. Make your opinion.

Reason 7.

A bit of statistics (not a surprise): 80 % of diets don't give the result. Either poor slimmers can't survive and go back to their food habits or they can diet until the last day, but after gain new weight. As harder diet rules (count calories, find special diet products...) as more there are chances for a slimmer to be failed.

So, does it worth it...?..to torture yourself with temporary regime? Or maybe it's more effective to come to healthy eating little by little.

The main idea is to put in your daily norm different components and vitamins; and it's always better to make it as more multifarious as you can. This is the way to be healthy and slim, to have beautiful face colour and perfect figure at the same time. Please, don't trust fpseudo-experts, who don't give you the possibility to have necessary quantity of wholesome products. Take care of yourself and remember: you are what you eat!
