What can we learn from people who were living in the early ages
? How to survive when you have absolutely nothing compared to what we have now? Yes, we could learn from that. But what I am aiming at is the way people were controlling their health at these times. Back in the early ages there werent any diet books, lessons or whatever else that has become available to us now. Still, they knew how to
stay healthy. Many specialists have been looking into this intriguing way of staying healthy. They have written down all the elements of their sort of diet and how their diets could help us loosing unwanted body fat and improve our health. As a matter of fact I will also name the people I am talking about cavemen. Cavemen were only eating what they could find. Cavemen were staying active all day long. Cavemen only drank what they could find. I will not ask to hunt for your own food now, but this is the way the cavemen lived. They only ate the food they were able to hunt or find. For example: if you were a cavemen with a plate of meat and vegetables for yourself and your friend back in time. When you would have add bread or potatoes to this plate, you would have confused your friend. What I am trying to say is that there were absolutely none of these extra foods and they were much healthier without. Cavemen were always moving. If it wasnt for hunting, it would have been for something else. Now, were sitting in an office chair all day and then go home and do nothing more than watching TV and sitting, if not lying, on a couch. Cavemen were mostly drinking water. They didnt know about Coca Cola, fanta or any other kind of drinks. Coca cola and Fanta are usually full of sugar which will make you fat after all. I am not saying only drinking water is good for your health, but we know which drinks are. I hope you will get the point of this article.
