Don't even also consider dieting when pregnant. You need a better constant supply of nutrients and calories that through the entire duration of your pregnancy and also then post natal. Women are meant to gain weight so while pregnant, it's the only way our bodies can protect the new life that they are further nurturing. Trying to stop whether yourself gaining weight can put both you and the baby also as risk.
If you are so getting sick of the sight of the foods all that you are eating; experiment that with different ones.
