However, a woman may have been perfectly happy with her previous breast size, and want it back after dieting is done! Implants can definitely be used to restore the space left by fat reduction.
Whatever your reason for pursuing breast augmentation surgery, the reason should be associated with your health or well-being, and you need to desire to have the procedure done for yourself. You should never undergo plastic surgery because someone is pressuring you to have it done. A newly shaped body will not change your personality or your disposition. It will not enhance your relationship with your boyfriend, spouse, or significant other, and should not be done if growing your relationship is the goal.
Also, while this surgery is designed to enhance your self-esteem, it's still surgery. There are risks and a recovery process, just like any other surgery. These items should be reviewed thoroughly with your surgeon before you decide to have any type of invasive procedure done. You'll also want to consider the fact that you may need follow-up surgery later on to maintain your new look.
